The BITE Protocol Tester is the first Conformance Tester to implement the official V1.2 Test Vectors currently specified by the Bluetooth SIG, it is the right tool to support the development of new V1.2 devices and is the reference conformance tester for qualification of Bluetooth V1.2 products and components.

Version 1.2 of the Core Specifications provides significant enhancements, such as:

• Adaptive frequency hopping to eliminate interferences
• New eSCO packets to improve voice quality
• Accelerated discovery procedures to provide faster connections between Bluetooth devices
• L2CAP Flow and Error Control to avoid errors in transmission when sending large files
• Revised QoS

CETECOM Spain is the market leader in Bluetooth Conformance Testers, and currently supports both Bluetooth Specs V1.1 and V1.2 for RF and Protocols.
