Billing: Seasons Change, CBOSS Keeps Promoting Worldwide

At the edge of the season, CBOSS is to take part in some important events of the global telecom market.

Nov 30 – Dec 3, HP Software Universe 2004 in Madrid, Spain, is HP’s largest software event in the EMEA area. This year’s conference will focus on how companies can take full advantage of emerging software and capitalize on change. The event will gather a diverse group of participants: HP’s customers, channel partners, ISVs, industry experts, journalists, top HP management, sales representatives and consultants.

HP Software Universe includes a well-balanced mixture of technical and business-focused sessions, as well as keynote presentations from top HP decision makers, software industry consultants and business visionaries, many of them with emphasis on the telecom business. There are also several dedicated sessions for key HP Software areas in IT and telecom:

As an HP OpenCall partner, CBOSS will showcase its extensive product portfolio at booth number 11 of the exhibition that includes a wide range of HP and partner software. The product portfolio includes, among others, CBOSS rtBilling, a real-time billing system for pre- and post-paid service usage developed by CBOSS. The rtBilling application runs on HP OpenCall platforms and has been sold and integrated by HP to several mobile operators in Europe, Australia and the Americas.

Nov 30 – Dec 1, GSM Africa 2004 is to be held in Cape Town, South Africa. The event will gather industrial leaders to bring the entire GSM value chain together, to enable networking, learning and deal making in Africa, one of the fastest growing and most lucrative mobile markets of today.

This year the panel sessions and expo of GSM Africa will cover issues such as GSM, Wifi, Broadband, and Satellite, as well as pre- and post-paid convergence. The event will also showcase the latest solutions and products to drive business strategies in the region.

CBOSS, together with a local system integrator ISIS at booth number 17, is among more than 80 exhibitors. At the stand, CBOSS will present a variety of solutions for the telecom market, including pre- and post-paid billing, messaging, and VAS solutions.
