Bouygues Telecom, the third mobile operator in France, has chosen Comarch InterPartner Billing and Partner Care belonging to Comarch Billing & Customer Care Platform to support the strategic for the company's business partner billing systems. This solution enhances the processes of accounting between partners cooperating in the provisioning of mobile contents and services to the customers, as well as for the complex partnership management. The implementation was carried out by one of the biggest European integrators Steria.
The system was implemented as a response to the advent of new accounting models and the necessity of flexibility to share the revenues with cooperating content providers. Additionally, the influx of new services required a systematic and rule-based approach to the revenues generated by the end-users.

The complex IT solution provided by Comarch is responsible for the support of the agreements signed by Bouygues Telecom with the companies providing content and services to the end users through SMS, Voice, MMS, WAP, or I-Mode ). The IT solution based on Comarch InterPartner Billing and Comarch Partner Care gathers customer usage information related to the services and computes the complex revenue sharing rules that apply between Bouygues Telecom and the content providers.. The system generates all the necessary financial documentation and statistical reports that are then loaded into a dedicated datamart and transferred to SAP financial applications for further processing.
